Hi,

I'm looking to add some live video recording and playback to a dating site.

I need someone who can set up a flash communication server (and edge servers), and write a basic upload, playback application that links to our SQL database for authentication.

We are based in the UK, but can work with anyone, anywhere, who can actually do the job.
